Terms of Service
Effective: July 22, 2026
These terms apply to the KRAIVOS public website, private beta, and installed software and should be read with the software license shown during installation.
1. Product and beta status
KRAIVOS connects planning, music, imagery, video, automation, and publishing workflows. Beta features and public roadmaps may change or be discontinued.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for content you input, generate, upload, or publish and for reviewing results. AI output is not guaranteed to be original, accurate, non-infringing, or eligible for monetization.
3. External services and automation
Google Flow, YouTube, Suno, and other providers are separate services. You must follow their terms, copyright rules, quotas, account policies, and charges. Do not bypass CAPTCHA or additional authentication.
4. Acceptable use
Important publishing, payment, and rights actions require human confirmation. You may not use another person’s account, collect credentials, bypass access controls, spam, deceive, create unlawful content, or interfere with service stability.
5. Updates and local data
Updates may be provided for compatibility and security. Because most app data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up important projects before updates, uninstalling, or changing devices.
6. Intellectual property
The KRAIVOS name, footprint symbol, site/software design, and original materials belong to KRAIVOS. Rights in your lawful inputs and outputs depend on applicable law and the terms of the external services used.
7. No implied affiliation
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Unless expressly stated, references do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or an official partnership.
8. Liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. KRAIVOS does not guarantee against indirect loss caused by provider outages or policy changes, user automation settings, unreviewed output, or failed backups. Mandatory liability for intent or gross negligence is not excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the service are subject to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
