End User License Agreement

Effective: July 22, 2026

By installing or using KRAIVOS, you agree to this license and the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

1. License

KRAIVOS grants authorized users and devices a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the software. No ownership in the software or brand is transferred.

2. Restrictions

Except where law expressly permits, you may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls. You may not use or collect another person’s account, password, OAuth token, or browser session.

3. External automation

Google Flow, YouTube, Suno, and other providers are independent of KRAIVOS. Review their terms, charges, quotas, and account status before automation. CAPTCHA and additional verification remain human actions. You retain final responsibility for approved actions and published results.

4. Data and backups

Projects, media, OAuth tokens, and browser sessions are primarily local. You are responsible for protecting device access and backing up important work. The Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page describe removal controls.

5. Updates and warranty

Updates may be provided for compatibility and security. Beta features may change or stop, and provider changes may break integrations. The software is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law.

6. Termination and contact

The license may end if these terms are breached. Stop using the software after termination and manage your local creative files yourself. Contact contact@kraivos.com with questions.
