Data deletion
Data deletion and account disconnection
Effective: July 22, 2026
YouTube-authorized data used by the installed app is stored on your computer. You can revoke access or delete the local channel workspace from inside KRAIVOS.
1. Disconnect YouTube
- Open YouTube → Channel Management → select the channel → Disconnect.
- KRAIVOS requests Google revocation and immediately removes the local OAuth token and YouTube-authorized caches.
- Projects, source media, renders, account notes, and the browser profile remain.
2. Delete local channel data
- Choose Delete and review the displayed scope.
- Authorized data, the local channel record, local account notes, and the dedicated browser profile are removed.
- This does not delete your Google account, YouTube channel, published videos, KRAIVOS projects, or media files. Projects are only detached from the channel.
3. Revoke through Google
You may also remove KRAIVOS under your Google Account security connections. Run the KRAIVOS local deletion control afterward to remove cached data from that computer immediately.
4. Website inquiry records
Email contact@kraivos.com from the address used for the inquiry and identify what you want deleted. We will request only the minimum information needed to verify the request and process it within 30 days (sooner where feasible).
5. If the app cannot run
You may manually remove the KRAIVOS user-data directory and Documents/KRAIVOS workspace. Back up creative files first. Contact us if you need help locating these folders.
