Data deletion and account disconnection

Effective: September 2, 2026

Disconnecting Google/YouTube in KRAIVOS immediately deletes the encrypted server-side token envelope and connection record. Account deletion and deletion of projects or media on your device are separate choices.

1. Disconnect YouTube

  • Open YouTube → Channel Management → select the channel → Disconnect.
  • KRAIVOS attempts Google token revocation and immediately deletes the encrypted server-side token envelope and connection record regardless of the revocation result.
  • Projects, source media, renders, and content already published on YouTube remain.

2. Delete the KRAIVOS account

  • Open KRAIVOS account settings, choose Delete Account, and review the displayed scope.
  • The server-side KRAIVOS account and dependent control-plane records are deleted.
  • This does not delete the Google Account, YouTube channel, published videos, or projects and media on the user’s device. Delete local files separately if desired.

3. Revoke through Google

You may also remove KRAIVOS under your Google Account security connections. Run the KRAIVOS disconnect control afterward to immediately remove the encrypted server-side connection record.

4. Disconnect and delete Meta access

  • In KRAIVOS Meta publishing settings, delete the Instagram or Threads connection to remove the encrypted token and account link from this computer.
  • You can also revoke KRAIVOS directly from the apps and websites settings for your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account.
  • The public KRAIVOS callback server only acknowledges deauthorization and deletion requests; it stores no Meta token, post, or user identifier.

5. Website inquiry records

Email contact@kraivos.com from the address used for the inquiry and identify what you want deleted. We will request only the minimum information needed to verify the request and process it within 30 days (sooner where feasible).

6. If the app cannot run

First revoke KRAIVOS from your Google Account permissions page, then email contact@kraivos.com to request deletion of the server account and connection record. You may manually remove the KRAIVOS user-data directory and Documents/KRAIVOS workspace. Back up creative files first.
